VARHADI TADKA Is A Restaurant situated at New Marine lines Near Bombay Hospital Chef Nadim Khan and his father Mr.Shafiq Khan Owns the Restaurant.

Chef Nadim have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He is a Hotel management Graduate.

He has worked with luxury hotel chains, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. His experience includes working with renowned establishments like the Oberoi and Taj.

Also broadened international experience by working for various cruise line in United States & Norway.

This role allowed him to interact with diverse guests and adapt to different cultural settings.

He is much more passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable culinary experience to his guest.

Varhadi Cuisine 

The decetable Cuisine is from Vidharba area towards the interior of Maharashtra and away from the Coastal line.

The cuisine has a Good balance of spices with Generous use of Desiccated Coconut and besan.

This cuisine is from North West Maharashtra that has extensive use of Kala Masala.This is more of Nagpur food which includes Saoji mutton and chicken which is way too spicy.

Bold Flavors: Varhadi cuisine is characterized by its robust and spicy flavors, often using a unique blend of spices called “KALA masala”.

Locally Sourced: The cuisine relies heavily on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the region’s agricultural heritage.
