At 25, Tark Thakur is the proud owner of a restaurant built on grit, passion, and perseverance. His journey began as a delivery partner at Rebel Foods Pvt. Ltd., all while pursuing his higher studies.
What seemed like just a side job quickly became a deep-rooted passion.
Over the years, his dedication led him to a senior management role, where he learned the business side of food—operations, customer service, and kitchen strategy.
