For over two and a half years, she ran it successfully, gaining valuable experience in operations, menu planning, and the challenges of the business.
But one thing was missing – the joy of meeting her customers in person.

And so, Ashtamii Bhog was born.
The name holds deep cultural and emotional significance.
“Ashtamii” comes from Navratri, when on the eighth day, people traditionally end their fast with wholesome vegetarian food.
“Bhog” means an offering, usually to the divine. Together, the name reflects the restaurant’s essence – pure, comforting vegetarian meals served with warmth and love.
The journey so far has been nothing short of a roller coaster. Some days bring challenges, others bring immense joy.
But with a dedicated team working tirelessly to create memorable dining experiences, every day adds to the story of Ashtamii Bhog.
Looking ahead, Subhashnii’s vision is clear – to serve amazing food with heartfelt hospitality.
Her message to everyone is simple – “Come not just to eat, but to experience the love and care we put into every plate.
While there’s currently just one outlet, her dream is to grow into a multi-outlet chain, bringing the taste and comfort of Ashtamii Bhog to more neighborhoods.
