Chef Aman Doshi
For Chef Aman Doshi, cooking has always been second nature — a gift he discovered as a child experimenting with recipes from his mother’s cookbooks (often leaving the kitchen a happy mess).

Born and raised in Rajkot, his passion for food followed him to Mumbai, where he began hosting friends and exploring new recipes during his student years.
It was during the lockdown that Aman truly found his calling. His home-cooked Kathiyawadi meals earned praise from friends and led to the launch of a small cloud kitchen.
Driven by a dream to do more, he reached out to longtime friend and industry expert Chef Rajdeep Tank and together, they brought their shared vision to life with the opening of CHATKARO, a fusion café rooted in culture, creativity, and connection.
