The program, upon completion, will certify individuals as “Monoramix Experts”, setting a new benchmark in the industry for skill and service excellence.
This structured, multi-level training initiative is designed to build a pipeline of technically proficient professionals equipped to the mastery of complex lining tasks, optimization of furnace performance, and leadership in site operations. The program emphasizes practical expertise, safety, and efficiency, ensuring candidates can meet the rigorous demands of modern furnace operations across steel and foundry industries.
Training Structure:
- Level 1 – Beginner: Fundamentals of refractories, Monoramix handling, tools, furnace types, and safety fundamentals.
- Level 2 – Intermediate: Application techniques across diverse conditions, quality control measures, surface preparation, and problem diagnostics.
- Level 3 – Advanced: Complex lining strategies, furnace performance optimization, and on-site leadership skills.

- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet minimum educational qualifications or possess relevant field experience. Selection will be based on a qualification metric pass.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 25 years old at the time of enrollment.
- Program Fees: The training is completely free of cost for selected candidates.
- Number of Participants: The program will enroll a maximum of 500 candidates per year, ensuring focused, high-quality training and mentorship.
