Streffie at Powergen India 2025—Turning Energy Chaos into Personal Insight: Report

HEALTH & PHARMA

At POWERGEN India 2025, Solh Wellness used its AI-powered Streffie kiosk to monitor delegates’ stress levels, translating real-time physiological data into an actionable understanding.

Amid discussions on grid modernization, clean energy transitions, and low-carbon strategies, a small but telling presence quietly observed the human side of the event. At POWERGEN India 2025, co-located with Indian Utility Week and Bharat Electricity at Yashobhoomi, IICC, Dwarka, from September 2–4, Streffie, the stress-monitoring kiosk by Solh Wellness, monitored the emotional state of delegates, reminding attendees that energy transitions are not only about powering systems, but also about supporting people mentally.

The results were striking. Among attendees, 35.7 % registered moderate stress, 62.1 % high stress, and 2.2 % very high stress. These numbers echo a global mental health crisis: more than one billion people worldwide live with disorders such as anxiety and depression, now the second-leading cause of long-term disability, according to the World Health Organization. Kapil Gupta, Founder of Solh Wellness, says: “When industries count kilowatts, they often overlook the kilohertz of the heart. Streffie reminds us that human strain isn’t background noise, it’s the signal we cannot afford to ignore.”These findings set the stage for the moments on the show floor that made stress visible in real-time, and where attendees encountered their own mental load firsthand.

Stress isn’t a private problem anymore; it’s epidemic. Whether you’re a CEO losing sleep over grid resiliency, an engineer juggling policy shifts, or a visitor navigating café lines, this event made one thing clear: nobody’s immune to overload. Streffie turned those unspoken stress levels into visible data – the kind that provokes not guilt or panic, but reflection.

This kind of capability? It’s not just useful – it’s necessary. If an intermediate event can prompt people to notice their own stress, imagine what integrating Streffie into future summits, conferences, or wellness zones could do. Real-time stress feedback could move from novelty to norm.
