Sandeep A Kore (Founder, Skore Events & Hospitality Services, Conch Restaurants/Mogra Banquet) started his career with his family business of more than 40 years in Catering, Events & Banqueting after completing his Hotel Management from Rizvi College.
The company was already running its Banquet (Mogra Banquet) in the same premises successfully. But it was always his dream to open a theme family restaurant along with the Banquet.
In came his life partner Priyanka Kini (Co-founder, Skore Events & Hospitality Services, Conch Restaurants/Mogra Banquet) to help him achieve his dreams. They decided to bring together each of their own strenghts, to create something they can share with others.
It’s then that it all began. The team started discussing ideas and concepts for the restaurant. After much research & brainstorming, the theme, menu, etc. was decided.
The challenges were many; but the determination of this couple overcame each of these hurdles. The year was 2021; a long cherished dream took baby steps. A couple, passionate about food & hospitality
commenced on a food venture with an objective of serving tasty, hygienic and good quality food to the food lovers of Mumbai & “Conch Restaurants” was born.
Conch Restaurants is a nautical theme restaurant with a deck area for dining just like a ship. This is a first of its kind concept in Mumbai.
Their menu offers something for everyone which includes Indian, Chinese & Continental cuisines. The restaurant also serves a variety of seafood speciality dishes which makes it a seafood paradise.
The cosy vibes along with classy ambience toasts the old and celebrates the new in unique and different ways through their food & interiors.5
