Madhavbaug, the flagship brand of Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Ltd, a specialist in treating and reversing cardiac-related ailments through their research-based Ayurvedic treatment and therapies is planning global expansion by setting up its healthcare centres in UAE, Europe and US.

To start with, Madhavbaug plans to establish a network of 50 Lifestyle modification clinics across the UAE in the next 24 months along with a distribution network for its health supplements to various pharmacies all over the region. The company will initially focus its operations in Dubai and Sharjah and gradually expand to other parts of the UAE.

Madhavbaug will invest 20-25 million Dirhams for its first phase of expansion in UAE, which hosts roughly about 3.5 million Indians, accounting for 38 per cent of the total population. Through its unique scientific evidence-based Ayurveda, Madhavbaug had already established a strong footprint in India with more than 270 centres spread across 8 states and its latest foray into the Middle East is a logical progression to tap the large expatriate population.

Commenting on its global expansion plan, Dr Rohit Sane, founder, MD & CEO, Madhavbaug said, “UAE has the highest prevalence of Diabetes in the whole world i.e 16 per cent. A significant proportion of the population is also expected to be in the pre-diabetes state. Diabetes being a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, and the prevalence of cardiac attacks are also on rise in the UAE. Hence, Madhavbaug with its non-invasive approach of reversing these lifestyle disorders holistically will be the right fit for the UAE market predominantly made up of Indians. Moreover, Dubai is considered as an international hub for trade. It is considered as a gateway for increasing the international presence. Thus, we have planned to invest in the UAE to set up a network of 50 lifestyle modification clinics and a distribution network for our health supplements.”

Madhavbaug will make available its Copyrighted therapies and diet plans to treat Type 2 diabetes, hypertension and other cardio-metabolic disorders. Therapies for stress relief, insomnia, and chronic digestive diseases along with inflammatory joint disorders will also be a part of the therapies. A Telemedicine unit of Ayurvedic doctors and dieticians along with compliance agents will be serving remotely to the enrolled patients while a team of trained Ayurvedic doctors and panchakarma therapists will deliver the therapy through the centres in UAE. Judicial use of technology for monitoring patients, ensuring patients’ compliance with the prescribed therapies and tracking improvement in vital parameters will be followed for the reversal of diseases.
