NAREDCO is organising a tour of Dubai from 06th to 8th September 2013 under the leadership of Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation Smt. Girija Vyas, for which the Hon’ble Minister has given her consent
Mr. Navin Raheja, President of NAREDCO said “The objective of the tour is to study & explore the possibility of import of new construction technologies & foreign direct investments, including investments by NRIs, for speeding up construction & financing of housing & real estate projects in India, besides studying their Real Estate Regulation Act & Project Approval Procedures”
Dubai has one of the fastest approving and decision making authority which gives clearance such as high rise, environment, heritage, and other clearances within the shortest possible time. A study and meeting will be done, as to how we improve the clearances and bring in new systems in Indian approval methods which can bring down construction costs
The delegation will have representation from Central and State Govts. (Ministers and officials) and public and private sector entrepreneurs including bankers, consultants and material manufacturers
